Return and Refund Policy
At Seven Mines, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In case you aren't, we offer a 7-day return policy. which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
To begin a return request, navigate to your account, view the order you wish to request a return for, and hit the "Request return" button in the upper right hand corner of the page. From there, select any eligible item you wish to return, enter a reason and additional note relating to the return request, and once again, select the "Request return" button to start the process. You'll then be notified that the Return has been requested and is being reviewed.
Note: Only items from a fulfilled order may be eligible for a return. If you wish to request a return but do not yet have the option, your order has most likely not been fulfilled yet. If you run into any issues, or have received your item but are still not eligible to request a return, please get in touch with us and we'll help get things figured out. Any items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you have placed an order on accident and you do not have the ability to request a return yet/the order has not yet shipped, please reach out to us first and we'll help get everything sorted out.
To help with the process, once your return has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label for return shipping, that will be sent to the email address you placed the order under.

Damages and Other Issues
It's pretty hard to enjoy a purchase if it shows up broken. If you receive your order, inspect it, and find that it has been damaged during the journey to your door, please contact us immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, get in touch so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method, minus the cost of shipping, within 10 business days. We do not provide a refund on return shipping costs, unless there was a mistake on our end.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you're still waiting on a refund please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, this is not too uncommon, so feel free to check in with us and we'll let you know if the return has been processed.
